NIX is Canada's first theatre of snow and ice. Over five years and in partnership with Alberta Theatre Projects and Ghost River Theatre in Calgary, we are building a mobile site-specific play in and around our dome on a detailed set of snow and ice. Objects in this world are made of hand-blown glass that mimic ice; set, light, and costume design will all involve technical innovations. Conceived, written and directed by Kendra Fanconi.
